Importantly, the event was a master course in business education as our top judges provided participants and viewers the opportunity to look at business problems from a new angle. It also featured prominent local musicians and singers culminating with a song from up-and-coming Ghanaian artist: Dr. Laylow.

In the final segment, each of the top 3 were invited to a one-on-one question and answer session with the top 4 judges. Following these sessions, Jack Ma announced the first, second, and third place winners. In addition to business metrics, top 4 judges evaluated finalists' leadership qualities and ability to impact society broadly with their mission.
